I plan to probably file under the EB2 category soon- I know EB1 and EB2 can be filed separately, however can a EB2 regular and a EB2 with NIW application both be filed separately as well?
Need to know this asap, so would appreciate a reply, Thank You!

You can file as as many as I-140 and I-485 as possible at a time provided priority dates are current.

For medical stuff, I'd say that you need to show that either they cant travel or they are under some treatment here. For both the reasons, you need a US doc to write a letter. The best reasons are travelling to different places in the US.

I have changed my Address just after we have received EAD Cards and after a week I got Finger Print notices to my old address, Obviously USPS will not forward those mails to my new address. My Attorney sent my original FPs to me and I am going for FPs to my old location.

I have moved to new location 1st of October and Filed AR-11 within 10 days. I just want to know if this does not really bother me during my FP.

2) deposit in india about 10000$

5) They carried all property documents in india ( valuated by CPA )
6) my H1b1 copy and a letter of invitation from me

I currently work for a consulting company who is sponsoring my GC.Our client has offered me a full time position and I was planning to use AC21 to switch over but better sense prevailed over me to continue with my current employer to avoid any issues in GC processing.Now my client is not willing to extend my contract.Given the current job market, I think it might take atleast a month or two for my employer to find me another project.
Just in case my I485 gets approved, can anyone please let me know if it is ok to be without pay (employer will not pay between projects) after the GC gets approved?Please advise.

Yes it is ok. If 485 is approved. Just dont use the unemployment benefit if you want to be a citizen. Btw, whats your EB category and PD?

looivy08-14 12:00 AMYou will not jeopardize your I-485 as long as job with company C is in same or similar occupation. Whether USCIS will grant an H-1 3 year extension based on a withdrawn/revoked I-140 is not certain. I outlined the reasons for this uncertainty in my response on the thread entitled "Facing Layoff---6 months left..."

So in short, B to C H1 transfer/extension is usually not possible if I-140 is revoked.
