pravikum07-11 11:47 AMHi My wife's H4b status is valid till 6th sept. Now she has her h1b approved on 3rd july. Her employer states that the approved petition has some clause that she has to leave the country and come back with h1 on nov 1st. Both the employer and myself are not comfortable doing that.

Her employer suggesting for h1b renewal under premium process so that i might get receipt in few weeks and also says that he would reapply for H1 wiht the receipt for the approval.

Please suggest me the best possible way ...
