Basically my MiniDP->DVI cable works under OS X but not Windows 7. It is detected normally but just won't display any image. Any ideas?

I've done abit of researching but thought id ask for opinions first before going ahead with it. I got a ipod touch 3g on ios 4.0.2 whats the best way of jailbreaking it??
as i understand it 4.0.2 cant be jailbroken on ipod touch 3g so i think the best way is to upgrade it to 4.1 then use limera1n. Is this correct?? if so how do i upgrade to 4.1 as itunes will automatically install 4.2.1? can i use restore left shift and choose 4.1 firmware that ive downloaded separately and if so do i lose everything in the process.

greenerobApr 24, 05:54 PMDownloaded a song from itunes on iphone 4 and it wont transfer to itunes on my computer.

I disconnect the the iphone after syncing and it shows in my purchase log, but it won't show in the library. I also tried to drag and drop and it won't let me do that either.

Any suggestions?

kszJan 9, 06:03 PMI loved the keynote and am quite excited about the Widescreen WiFi iPod Video (which also happens to be a phone and an internet communicator). Even the price is fine with me. I was expecting it to be more expensive. Since I'm a Cingular customer already and my contract expired 4 months ago, I'm pretty happy with the announcement!

The spotlight was entirely on the iPhone today, and I'm okay with that.

We'll hear about Leopard, iLife, iWork, and Mac updates soon enough, but the real excitement is no longer in annual incremental updates to these products.

If the keynote had featured only these existing products, that would have been horrendously disappointing.

Instead, Apple delivered a great show and they will deliver updates to existing products soon.

But for today the spotlight is on only one thing: iPhone.

No, the post I responded to talked about false advertising. I'm concluding two things:
1) Just because something isn't criminal doesn't mean it isn't illegal.
2) You don't necessarily need a grand jury to bring a criminal charge.

These conclusions have nothing to do with the ebay listing. The poster I responded to said something about a grand jury and false advertising.

Edit: As an "armchair lawyer," I would probably just sue for restitution. For the other armchair lawyers: Yes, restitution is a cause of action.

I saw the Swedish "Millennium series" films a few months back a couldn't help notice that when the protagonist was (wrongly) sent to prison, it looked more like a college dormitory than anything you'll see here in America.

likemyorbs would be horrified to see prisoners treated so humanely.

That's a lot of cease and desist letters going out to ebay then as well. Theres no law against reselling items in your store whether its an Apple item or something else.
