Is it possible??

Company "A" negotiating with a person who does not have paystubs, as he always been on bench.

during this time Company "B" apply for H-1B Transfer(without paystubs as they plan to submit later in a week or so)

Company "A" did the settlement and issues paystubs etc... but same time they apply cancellation of H1.
My I-94 is valid untill dec-09

Can a transfer be done like this???

Please advise as i am dying day and night.............do not make a fun of it.

Am on H4 and applied for H1B in May 2006. Because of emergency, we need to travel out of US; got the approval on Sept 7th and returned to US on Sept 10th. I lost hopes of Change of Status petition approval(as one of my friend's COS petetion is rejected eventhough she didnot leave US during H1 process), but surprisingly when I received my papers today, it is approved with old I-94 number. Thank God.
Now, Can I go ahead and apply for SSN. Can they ask me to go for stamping as the I-94 on the approval notice is different from the current I-94 in the passport?

She recently applied for h1 extension as her employer is nonprofit org and has some policies of his own, he files every year. She filled in may�09 and got receipt number, as the case is still pending who we can apply for h4 now. Is there any way around to apply for my h4 while the case is still pending?

You can file your H-4 based on the H-1b receipt of your spouse, this is not a problem. They will approve your H-4 for the same duration as your spouses H-1, you will get an approval of H-4 only after your spouses H-1 is approved.

Both for me and wife card production was ordered but my EAD (primary applicant ) is not yet received. my wife got hers last friday 7-16-2010.

Should I be concerned? What if the postal service missed/lost it?

utopia11103-22 01:41 AMHi everyone, I applied for H1B last year and my employer said my application was not selected in lottery. This year a different employer is applying for my H1 and the lawyer today told me that I already have an approval and gave me a receipt no. When I checked its status online, its - 'Approval notice sent on 29th August 2007'.

I wonder how this lawyer is saying this is my approval, eventhough I was told by my employer last year that I didn't made through lottery. And now this lawyer is asking for the copy of that approval which I am not at all aware of. If I knew I already have the approval I wouldn't be applying again this year.

How did this lawyer found out about my approval receipt? Is there a provision for them to check? Will it be illegal if my application goes again, with an existing approval. I have never been to USA.

Please suggest, what should I do.

What is the reason for denial ?.
If it is because of education, chances are less to get approval again.
Otherwise try another company.
