Will it be a problem with big salary difference during stamping? Is it required to file an amendment.

No, you cannot draw anything in Swift3D besides the simple polygons such as spheres, cones, etc. What you can do is create complex 3D shapes and import it into Swift 3D. Swif3D is used primarily for 3D Animation instead of 3D creation.

My wife who is currently working as a doctor in medically underserved area(J1 waiver case), on cap exempt H1B visa. Her clinic is contemplating name change. I will really appreciate if someone can shed the light on how might this proposed name change can/will impact her status?
Her visa is currently unstamped and we are planning to get the same done this year in october. My queries are as follows:
1. Will a new waiver petition and H1B visa need to be filed or only an addendum notification to the USCIS will suffice?
2. If the latter is true then what kind of additional documentation will be needed for visa stamping from the lawyer?

Attorney input will be highly appreciated.

arnet10-19 02:03 PMTwo weeks ago, I went to Infopass appointment and Immigration officer said they scheduled my fingerprinting next week and will get the notice in mail. This fingerprinting was due long time so they scheduled one now.

IO asked me whether the date and time is ok for me and I said yes i.e. next friday.

But so far I havent received any notice regarding this.

What to do now? any one had this problem, please share your experience....

Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.

Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).

My attorney has filed our AOS on July 30th. She didnt had time foR filing our EAD & AP. So I'm applying myself.
My wife was out of status and is under 180 days. Her AOS will be considered under 245(k).
Now to file her EAD & AP, do I need to attach any Cover letter explaining her status? or the documents that are required will be sufficient? Please some one throw some light and let me know how to proceed.
